Measuring your Opening

Not every garage door opening was created equal! This is why we have to measure every single opening for each and every job. The construction company has a specification to follow when constructing a home, does this mean that they could measure wrong? Of course! We have found that if we decide to not measure each opening that leads to problems. The door may not fit in height or width of the opening. An opening could be off three or more inches which makes a difference of what size door would fit in the opening and look correct as well as protect the entire opening.
