Garage Door Springs breaking is very popular this time of year. The spring pictured above is a prime example of what it looks like when a spring breaks. The spring is under a lot of tension with the constant up and down of the garage door, the temperature going up and down can also cause problems. Extreme heat and extreme cold can cause a garage door spring to break!
To replace one spring the cost is $140.00, to replace both we generally charge $220.00. We recommend having both springs replaced at the same time if one breaks, the other is going to break soon after!
